All medication is sourced from licensed MHRA wholesalers. Whether it’s branded products such as Viagra (Pfizer) or Cialis (Lilly), or generic manufacturers such as Teva and Actavis, you can be sure you are receiving UK-sourced and licensed medication, we just don’t keep the profits for ourselves, we pass the savings on to you.
How it works
To request a price match, email customerservices@simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk with:
The medication name, strength, and quantity
The price you have found elsewhere
A link to the product on the competitor’s website
A screenshot showing the medicine, strength, and price
If approved, we will verify the competitor and the price, then send you a single-use discount code to use at checkout.
Terms and conditions
Price Match does not apply to GLP-1 medications (Saxenda, Wegovy, Mounjaro).
The price match applies only to products listed on the competitor’s website and is not valid for physical stores or third-party sellers.
The pharmacy must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
Price matching is not available against excluded retailers as specified by us.
If the product is out of stock on the competitor’s website, we can’t price match it.
Once approved, your voucher code will be valid for 3 days from the date of issue.
No other offers/discounts/voucher codes can be used on an order where a Price Match is applied.
A Price Match approval is valid for one order only. A new request must be made for every order.
This guarantee does not apply to pricing errors or promotions that are not directly comparable.
