My discount or voucher code isn’t working. What should I do?
If your discount or voucher code isn’t applying at checkout, please check the following:
Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code
Check the spelling and whether the code is case-sensitive (use upper/lowercase exactly as shown)
Confirm the code is still active and has not expired
If it still isn’t working, email us with the subject line: Discount code not working to the following address customerservices@simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk
In your email, please include:
The code you are trying to use
(If possible) a screenshot of any error message you see at checkout.
