If you are trying to use a discount or voucher code for your order and it is not applying, please ensure that the code follows the following outlined points:
- No spaces before or after the code for it to be applied to your order.
- The upper or lowercase letters are the same as shown in the discount you are trying to use.
- Ensure the discount / voucher code is still active and has not expired.
