We do not offer a live chat service our service that is offered is called Messaging, this allows you to move from our BOT service to message our Patient Care Team. Our team will then respond to you, in a similar way to an email service. This is generally a same day response, depending on the time of day. The hours mirror our phone lines and once we are closed we will respond the following day.
