For your first subscription cycle, payment is usually taken on day 21 of your first 28-day cycle.
We will send you an email reminder on day 14, giving you 7 days’ notice before payment is due.
From your second subscription cycle onwards, payment is usually taken every 28 days.
You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each payment is due.
If you do not pause, delay, change or cancel your subscription before the payment date, your next order may be created automatically.
All orders remain subject to clinical review before supply.
