If you have recently placed your first weight care order with Simple Online Pharmacy, you may receive a short welcome call from Zoe, our AI onboarding assistant.
This is a genuine call from Simple Online Pharmacy, designed to help you feel informed and confident before starting your treatment.
Why have I received this call?
Zoe contacts some new patients shortly after they place their first weight care order. During the call, Zoe can:
- Welcome you to Simple Online Pharmacy.
- Help you understand how to get started with your medication.
- Explain how to store your medication correctly.
- Provide information about weekly dosing and what to expect during treatment.
- Share general guidance about nutrition, hydration and common side effects.
- Tell you about helpful services, including the Renu app and other support available to you.
The call provides general onboarding information and answers common non-clinical questions about starting treatment.
Will Zoe ask for my personal information?
Before discussing your order, Zoe will ask you to confirm your identity for security purposes.
You may be asked to confirm details such as:
- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- The weight care medication you have been prescribed.
This identity check helps us make sure that information about your order and treatment is only shared with the correct person.
Zoe will not ask you for payment information or your account password during the welcome call.
Is this a real call?
Yes. Zoe is an AI voice assistant working on behalf of Simple Online Pharmacy.
The call is part of our welcome service for new weight care patients. Zoe will introduce herself and explain the purpose of the call at the beginning.
Can Zoe provide medical advice?
Zoe can provide general information, but she cannot:
- Give personalised medical or clinical advice.
- Change your medication or prescribed dose.
- Assess your individual symptoms or side effects.
- Make clinical decisions about your treatment.
- Process refunds, cancellations or prescription changes.
If you experience severe or worrying symptoms, seek urgent medical assistance rather than waiting for a welcome call.
What happens if I miss the call?
If you do not answer, Zoe may leave a voicemail explaining that we attempted to contact you. We may try to call you again.
You do not need to return the call. You can continue to access help and support through our website and Help Centre.
Do I have to take the call?
No. The welcome call is optional and is intended to provide helpful information as you begin your treatment.
You can tell Zoe that you do not wish to continue, or you can end the call at any time.
Will the call be recorded?
The welcome call may be recorded for quality assurance, training and support purposes.
Zoe will tell you at the beginning of the call if it is being recorded. You can choose not to continue with the call.
How long does the call take?
The welcome call usually takes around 5 to 10 minutes, depending on whether you have any questions.
If you are unable to speak when Zoe calls, you can let her know and end the call. Support remains available through our Help Centre whenever you need it.
