My order was rejected and I have been told to see my GP

Having reviewed your order, our prescriber has been unable to approve your supply. 

Although we are not able to disclose the exact reason for this, the decision has been made with your health and best interests in mind following a thorough review of the information you have provided in your assessment form. 

We are sorry we have been unable to assist on this occasion and must advise you to see your own GP who will be able to discuss your options and provide further support.
