What happens if my order is not approved / declined?

If our prescribers deem the medication ordered unsuitable based on the information provided in the assessment form, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. The refunded amount will reflect back into the account used for purchase in 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank you are with.

Further details regarding the reason for your order rejection will be sent to the email linked to your account. If you would like to discuss this further please contact our Patient Care Team where we can arrange for a callback from a member of our clinical team.
