Each Mounjaro pen contains 4 doses and lasts 28 days or 4 weeks.
Mounjaro is injected once a week, on the same day each week. When you first start taking Mounjaro, the dose is increased every four weeks. This helps to reduce the risk of side effects by allowing your body to become accustomed to the drug.
At Week 21, you will reach the full dose which you will continue for the rest of your treatment. It is important to ensure you leave plenty of time to re-order your next dose, in case there are any follow up questions from our clinical team.
