If you have previously used Wegovy with another provider and would like to order a higher dose, you will be required to provide evidence of a previous prescription.
A photo of the medication, that clearly shows the dose and the date it was issued and also has your name clearly stated on the label is required to evidence previous dose.
Patient safety is our first concern, so unfortunately if you are not able to provide adequate evidence of a previous dose, we will only be able to prescribe the starting dose of 0.25mg in order to ensure safe supply.
