Wegovy pen jammed / not working?

At Simple Online Pharmacy, we have a team dedicated to provide troubleshooting and assist with any difficulty you may experience with your pen.

The best way for us to assist is to see your pen. This will allow us to take a further look at the potential cause of the issue you are experiencing, and provide you with assistance as soon as possible.

We request that you send us two photos of your pen for us review and troubleshoot further:

1.           First image - Full pen with the cap off showing the medication window.

2.           Second image - The bulb at the top of your pen visible in the photo. 

The images described above need to be sent to our email support@simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk with the subject as “Pen issue” and your order number starting with SOP, and a member of our team will look into it as soon as possible. We aim to review your images as soon as possible, although please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

It is important to note that we are unable to troubleshoot your pen or provide you with a resolution without an image of your pen. Also ensure you retain your pen and do not dispose of your pen until our team has assisted you.
