If you are on a weight care treatment and will not be in the UK for an extended period of time (more than 4 weeks), you may need to order early for your next dose(s) before you travel. This will be shown by the red message shown during checkout which states “you may be ordering too early” or that your order “exceeds the purchase limit at this time.”
If you are needing to order your next dose(s) early for the purpose of travelling for an extended period, we require evidence of travel to be sent to our Patient Care Team over email in order to accommodate this. The documentation showing evidence of travel (such as confirmation of accommodation or travel) will need to include your name, length of travel as well as the quantity and strength of medication intended on being ordered. Providing all of this information within the initial email to our team will allow us to process your request as soon as possible.
Please know that these requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Requests will not be reviewed if the required evidence is not provided.
