Experiencing trouble when trying to upload your BMI verification image?

If you are experiencing trouble while trying to upload your image through your members section, there are a few options to troubleshoot in attempt to solve the difficulty you are experiencing.

  1. Clear the cache and cookies on your browser.
  2. Ensure the camera permissions are enabled on both your device (for example phone, tablet or computer) as well as the browser you are using to access our website (for example Chrome, Microsoft edge, Safari).
  3. Attempt taking your selfie using a different device.
  4. Attempt taking your selfie using a different browser.

If you are still experiencing issues after attempting the above steps, you can send us an email to support@simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk with a screenshot and description of the issue you are experiencing, then we can investigate this further and help you as best we can.

If there is no option to verify your BMI through your members section on our website, please check your emails for communication sent regarding this and respond by providing an image which meets the specified criteria.
