Each weight care order is packed systematically to ensure that all components are included. The following images show how your order is packed and where each of the order contents can be found.
The below shows the external packaging of your order. The seal on the top of the parcel is showing as opened as the image was taken before the packaging is sealed for shipment.
In between the external white plastic and the recycled wool packaging you will find your order invoice, four pre-injection wipes and a single page leaflet with a QR code containing further information of the medication you have placed an order for.
Within the two pieces of recycled wool packaging, you will find the ice pack which controls the temperature of your medication during transit.
Important information about needles
Wegovy:
The needles are inside the Wegovy medication box. There is no separate box of needles, which can be easy to miss if you’re new to Wegovy or switching from another treatment.Mounjaro:
You’ll receive a separate box containing six needles, in addition to the injection pen.
Please note: additional needles are not included as standard beyond what’s supplied with your medication, but can be purchased separately online if needed..
Additional needles can be purchased online should you need them.
