Why does my Wegovy® 7.2mg pen look different to my previous pen?
The Wegovy® 7.2mg pen is different from the lower-strength Wegovy® FlexTouch® pens.
The 7.2mg pen is a single-use pre-filled pen with one pre-set dose and a built-in hidden needle.
This means you do not attach a needle, change a needle or turn a dose selector.
The injection starts when the pen is pressed firmly against the skin.
A yellow bar will move in the pen window during the injection.
You must keep holding the pen against your skin until the yellow bar has stopped moving.
