Why was my Wegovy® 7.2mg delivered cold?
Wegovy® 7.2mg currently needs to be sent using cold-chain delivery.
This is because the 7.2mg pen does not currently have the same ambient shipping exemption as some other Wegovy® pens.
Once received, please store your Wegovy® 7.2mg pens in the fridge between 2°C and 8°C, unless you have been advised otherwise.
Do not freeze the pens and do not use them if they have been frozen.
