What should I do if the yellow bar does not move?
If the yellow bar does not start moving, make sure the pen is pressed firmly against your skin.
If it still does not move, do not force the pen, tamper with it or try to take it apart.
Do not use the pen if it appears damaged or if the medicine looks cloudy or discoloured.
Please contact us for support and keep the pen and packaging until you have been advised what to do.
