You should seek urgent medical help if you experience severe, persistent stomach pain, with or without nausea or vomiting, as this could be a sign of pancreatitis.
You should also seek urgent help if you have signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing, wheezing, a fast heartbeat, or feeling faint or weak.
Changes to your eyesight
Very rarely, semaglutide has been linked to an eye condition that can cause sudden sight loss.
If you notice any sudden change to your eyesight, stop taking Wegovy® 7.2mg and go straight to an eye casualty department or A&E.
Severe constipation
Severe constipation accompanied by stomach pain, bloating or vomiting may also require urgent medical attention.
