Following successful trials, we’re really pleased to announce that we’re now rolling out letterbox deliveries for eligible orders made via Simple Online Pharmacy.
Provided the items and quantities you’ve ordered will fit through a standard Royal Mail sized letterbox, we’ll automatically dispatch your order in our letterbox packaging with Royal Mail for Standard deliveries and DPD for Express deliveries, meaning no more missed couriers!
Please note – due to the requirement for temperature controlled packaging, we’re unable to send weight care injections via the letterbox service. We also ask that if you tick the option for letterbox deliveries during checkout, you can ensure that the parcel will not be accessible to any children, pets or vulnerable persons.
