Some orders may be eligible for letterbox delivery, depending on the items and quantities ordered.
If your order is suitable and will fit through a standard Royal Mail–sized letterbox, it will be dispatched using our letterbox packaging where available. This helps reduce missed deliveries and does not require you to be at home.
Important exclusions
Due to the need for temperature-controlled packaging, weight-care injections (such as Saxenda, or Mounjaro) cannot be sent via letterbox delivery.
If letterbox delivery is offered at checkout, please ensure the delivery location is secure and that the parcel will not be accessible to children, pets, or vulnerable persons.
