If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Patient Care Team as soon as possible with the updated details.
Important:
We can only amend the delivery address before your order is clinically approved and prepared for dispatch. Once an order has been clinically approved and/or dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
If your order has already been dispatched, any delivery preferences or redirection options would need to be managed directly with the courier (Royal Mail or DPD) using your tracking link, where available.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order, as we’re unable to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
