Where is my delivery?

Once your order has been clinically approved by a UK-registered prescriber and your ID verification is complete, it will be prepared for dispatch from our pharmacy.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you can’t see this email, please check your junk or spam folder.

We recommend downloading the courier app used for your delivery, either Royal Mail or DPD, to receive real-time tracking updates and notifications throughout the delivery journey.

Delivery times

All orders are sent using an express tracked delivery service, with an aimed delivery of 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Next-day delivery is available for eligible postcodes only
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier
  • Dispatch is based on the time of clinical approval, not when the order is placed

If your order has been dispatched and the expected delivery date shown in tracking has passed, please contact our Patient Care Team the same day so we can raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
