After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email to the email address used at checkout. This is usually sent within a few minutes. If you don’t see it after 5–10 minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.
What happens next?
Your order is reviewed by our clinical team for approval.
If we need any additional information to make a safe prescribing decision, your order will be placed on hold and we’ll contact you by email.
Once your order is clinically approved, it’s passed to our dispensary for dispatch.
Shipping updates
If your order is approved, you’ll receive your next update when it has been dispatched. This email will include:
Confirmation of dispatch
Your Royal Mail or DPD tracking number
Once your parcel is with the courier, you can track and manage delivery using the courier’s app. We recommend downloading this to receive delivery updates and notifications.
On the day of delivery, the courier may send a message with an estimated delivery window and a confirmation once the parcel has been delivered.
