Order Update

After placing your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided on your order (if this does not arrive after 5 to 10 minutes we do advise checking your spam/junk folder as it may have landed in there in error).

Your order then follows a process of being reviewed for approval by our Clinical Team before being passed to our dispensary for shipping.  If our Clinical Team require more information from you, your order will be placed on hold while we reach out to you.

If your order is Approved by our Doctor or Pharmacist then you will not receive any updates until a shipping confirmation email which will also confirm the Royal Mail or DPD tracking number for your order.

Once in the possession of our couriers, you can keep up to date with progress and manage your delivery via the courier's app - we encourage you to download this. On the day of the delivery our couriers will notify that they will deliver between certain times, and once delivered you will also receive a text message advising of this.

Updates on your order can also be found by logging into the Members section of the website, here you will find any messages sent by us regarding your order and also up to date tracking and order history.
