How to place an order: Step-by-step guide

Placing an order with Simple Online Pharmacy is straightforward. Follow the steps below:

  2. Find the medication you need by:

    • typing the medication name into the search bar.

  3. On the medication page, complete the assessment form (if required), then select the dose and quantity and add it to your basket.

  4. Proceed to checkout and complete payment.

What happens after you place your order?

  1. Your order is reviewed by our clinical team. All medication orders are clinically assessed by a UK-registered prescriber and undergo an ID verification check.

  2. If we need any additional information for safety or suitability, we’ll contact you by email. If we don’t receive the information requested, your order may remain on hold until we do.

Clinical decision outcomes

  1. After review, one of the following will happen:

  • If your order is not clinically approved: we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund (funds typically return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days).

  • If your order is clinically approved: your order will be prepared and dispatched using an express tracked delivery service once approval and ID verification are complete.
