- Once on the correct medication page, you will complete an assessment form (if required) then add the selected dose and quantity of the chosen medication to your basket.
- Then you can proceed to the payment page and, once the payment is complete, your order placement will be successful.
- We will then receive your order where a member of our clinical team will make a prescribing decision based on the information provided in your assessment form.
Should any further information be required for our clinical team to make a prescribing decision, you will be contacted by email regarding further details of the request. If no response is received when additional information is requested, your order will remain on hold. - Based on the prescribing decision of our clinical team, one of the following actions will be taken:
- If your order is declined, a full refund will be issued, and the funds will reflect back into the account used for purchase in 5 to 10 business days.
- If your order is approved, it will be shipped according to the selected delivery service. Note that all weight care medication is shipped with a next day delivery service subject to clinical approval.
