What do I do if the parcel I receive isn't what I order or is missing items?
We hope this is a rare occasion, however, should this happen to you, please email us at customerservices@simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue and a picture of the parcel and what you have received.
We will do our best to update you within 24 hours, however, will escalate and investigate with our dispensary and courier team as needed.
