All weight care orders placed and clinically approved before 3.30pm on a Friday are shipped using our Express delivery service which aims to deliver on a Saturday. Please note that at exceptionally busy times or if we require more information from you, there may be a slight delay to this.
It is also important to note the following regarding our delivery services:

- Aimed delivery in 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Next-day delivery available for eligible postcodes
Additionally for all other categories, our Standard and Next Day delivery options include delivery on a Saturday as per our couriers normal conditions.
