Delivery options (after clinical approval)
Express delivery on all orders (1–2 days) £4.99
We send all orders using an express tracked delivery service, which usually arrives within 1–2 days after clinical approval.
Same-day dispatch (subject to clinical approval):
- Clinically approved before 3:30pm, Monday–Friday → dispatched the same day
- Clinically approved before 12pm on Saturday and Sunday → dispatched the same day
Please note: these cut-off times apply to clinical approval, not just placing the order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and courier.
