No, we have recently worked with both our couriers to determine the best possible delivery outcome for all our patients.
Our couriers will take a picture of the product, either in your safe place, handed to you, or with a neighbour.
Please note: We strongly advise you download the DPD and/or Royal Mail apps and manage your delivery from there. DPD will only leave your parcel in a safe place, or with a neighbour, if this is selected on the app.
If the courier service is unable to deliver your package, it is automatically sent to your local depot and held for 5 business days. You should be left a card, or updated online with the tracking reference number.
If it is not collected within this time frame, this will be returned to us, and there may be redelivery fees associated with us shipping the parcel back out to you.
