Your tracking number is sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier (Royal Mail or DPD).
This is usually sent later in the evening (often after 6pm) on the day of dispatch, so please also check your junk/spam folder.
Once you’ve received your tracking details, you can track and manage your delivery using the Royal Mail or DPD app.
