Why can't I order multiple quantities or every month?

Some products are restricted by our prescribers.  These restrictions are in place with the best interests of your health in mind.  If you are unable to order the amount you are looking for, or at the periods you need, this is likely to be the issue.  In some cases, we may advise you to see your own GP for further supplies or advice.

We are unable to give specific information on the restriction quantities or time frames and can only suggest you attempt to order again at a later date, unless instructed to see your own GP.

In circumstances where you are on a treatment with a defined dosing schedule and you legitimately require an early supply, please contact our Patient Care Team with the reason for needing to order early and we will look into your request. 

Please note that these requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Requests will not be reviewed if evidence is required but not provided.
