Our doctors place limits on how much of each medication a patient can purchase within a certain time period. If your basket shows you have currently exceeded this limit when trying to re-order, this means you won't be able to order more of this medication at the moment.
Due to regulations and safeguarding purposes, we also cannot advise when the time period will refresh. Our GP's have a duty of care to all of our patients to ensure the medication cannot be over ordered, therefore we recommend checking the website every so often to see if you are able to purchase again.
If you are needing weight care medication earlier than expected and you receive this message during checkout, please take note of the following:
If you are needing to order your next dose(s) early for the purpose of travelling for an extended period, we require evidence of travel to be sent to our Patient Care Team over email in order to accommodate this. The documentation showing evidence of travel (such as confirmation of accommodation or travel) will need to include your name, length of travel as well as the quantity and strength of medication intended on being ordered. Providing all of this information within the initial email to our team will allow us to process your request as soon as possible.
