What is the status of my order?

After your order has been placed, it will undergo a series of clinical reviews to ensure a safe prescribing decision is made. The quickest way to check the progress of your order is through your members dashboard which can be found by logging into your account and navigating to the members dashboard section: https://www.simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk/members/

From there you should see one of the following statuses for your order which have been outlined below. Included is the action needed for your order to continue processing.

Awaiting ID Check - Patient Action Required

ACTION REQUIRED
Contact customer services providing a form of ID to be verify your age and identity for safeguarding purposes.

We accept the following forms of ID:*

  • UK Driving Licence (Full or Provisional) - front only
  • UK or International Passport - identity information page
  • ID Card - front and reverse
  • UK Travel Visa

*The information you provide will only be used to verify your identity so that we can proceed with your order. Please do not omit or censor any information, and make sure that all the information is clearly visible. Expired documents cannot be used to verify your ID.

Awaiting Clinical Review By Prescriber Order still under review by our prescribers as a clinical prescribing decision is still to be made based on the information provided.

Prescription Issued - Awaiting Pharmacist Check Order has been approved by prescribers and is undergoing final check by pharmacist.

Order Being Dispensed Pharmacy label printed and order is currently being packaged.

Order Shipped Order marked as shipped by our dispensary team.

Cancelled - Rejected By Prescriber Order rejected (deemed unsuitable by prescriber).
Full refund issued by prescriber which will reflect back into account used for purchase in 5 to 10 working days from date of issue.

Patient Action Required - Check Email ACTION REQUIRED
Check emails to confirm what information our prescribers may need to continue processing your order.
Respond to the email providing the required information and a member of our team will be in contact when it has been received.

Awaiting Clinical Review Order on hold - still under review by our clinical team.
