Under UK medicines regulations (MHRA), dispensed medication can’t be reused or resold, even if it’s unopened or sealed. For this reason, we can’t accommodate patient-requested cancellations, changes, or returns once an order has been placed.
If your order is not clinically approved, it will be cancelled by our clinical team and a full refund will be issued automatically.
If you have unwanted medication from a completed order, please contact us and we can advise on safe return and disposal.
