Why was my order refunded?

Orders are generally refunded for the following reasons:

  • Item not in stock
  • Order not approved by our GP
  • Medication Quantity Exceeded
  • Verification not passed

You should have received a notification providing the reason for the refund to your e-mail address, or account messaging area.
