Why was my order refunded?

An order is usually refunded for one of the following reasons:

  • The item is out of stock

  • The order was not clinically approved by our prescriber

  • The requested quantity exceeds what we’re able to supply

  • ID verification was not successful

You should receive a notification explaining the reason by email and/or in your account messages.
