When you place an order, you will complete an online consultation which is reviewed by one of our prescribers. If the treatment is considered suitable for you, our prescribing team will issue a prescription and your medication can then be supplied.
We do not accept or dispense prescriptions issued by other healthcare providers. If you already have a prescription from another provider, this cannot be uploaded, posted or submitted to us for dispensing.
To obtain treatment from Simple Online Pharmacy, you will need to complete the relevant consultation through our Online Doctor Service.
