What happens if my order is returned to Simple Online Pharmacy?

If your order is returned to Simple Online Pharmacy we will deal with it in the following ways:

  • If your order is returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email.  Once you confirm the correct address we will amend your order and have it shipped back out to you.
  • If your order is returned to us as "Not called for" this means it has exceeded its retention period with the courier service. We will contact you by email to try and arrange redelivery.
  • If your order is returned to us as damaged then we will, of course, re-send a new order as a gesture of goodwill.  We will ensure you are kept up to date every step of the way by email.
  • If your order is returned as refused by the recipient then we will contact you to ascertain the reason behind the refusal in the first instance. Please note, once your order is placed we are not able to cancel or refund the order as per our Terms and Conditions
