Returned or failed deliveries
- If the courier returns your parcel to us, we’ll contact you to arrange free redelivery once it arrives safely back at our dispensary.
- We cannot offer refunds for prescription medicines returned or undeliverable due to:
- An incomplete or incorrect address, or
- The patient being unavailable to receive delivery.
If the parcel tracking shows that your order has been returned to Simple Online Pharmacy and you have not received any further communication from ourselves, please contact our team directly.
