Weight-care injections (such as Wegovy, Saxenda, and Mounjaro) are delivered using an express tracked delivery service in validated temperature-controlled packaging.
Delivery cost and speed (after clinical approval)
Express delivery: £4.99 per order
Aimed delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and courier
Same-day dispatch (subject to clinical approval)
Monday–Friday: clinically approved before 3:30pm → dispatched the same day
Saturday & Sunday: clinically approved before 12pm → dispatched the same day
These cut-off times apply to clinical approval, not when the order is placed.
Safeplace and delivery attempts
If a Safeplace has been selected, the courier may leave the parcel there if it is considered safe and suitable at the time of delivery
If the selected Safeplace is not suitable, the courier may use an alternative secure location on the property
If no Safeplace is selected, the courier may still leave the parcel in a safe and suitable location, where appropriate
If the first delivery attempt fails, a second attempt may be made
