No. The approved controlled-temperature delivery update applies to Wegovy FlexTouch pens only.
Mounjaro remains cold-chain and will continue to be delivered using the existing cold-chain process.
If your Mounjaro arrives warm, without cold-chain packaging, damaged, leaking, or you have concerns about temperature exposure, please contact our Patient Care Team before using it.
Do not use your Mounjaro if: it may have been exposed to unsuitable temperatures; the pen or packaging is damaged; the pen has leaked; the liquid is cloudy, coloured or contains particles; you are unsure whether it is safe to use.
