All weight-care medication is shipped using our Express Fridge delivery service. This has a standard delivery charge of £4.99 per order.
Each order is packaged individually by our dispensary team using validated temperature-controlled packaging, designed to keep your medication within the required temperature range for up to 48 hours during transit.
Delivery is aimed within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Please note these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as order volumes, courier delays, or severe weather.
