Royal Mail may deliver to a selected safe place or neighbour where available.
If your Wegovy parcel was left in a safe place, please collect it as soon as possible and check the parcel and pen.
Wegovy FlexTouch pens can now be safely transported below 30°C for up to 48 hours during the final delivery stage. This follows updated manufacturer guidance and MHRA approval.
If your pen is unopened and you are not using it straight away, place it in the fridge once received.
Please contact our Patient Care Team before using the pen if: the parcel was left somewhere hot; the parcel was left in direct sunlight; the parcel may have been exposed to temperatures above 30°C; the packaging or pen is damaged; the pen has leaked; the liquid is cloudy, coloured or contains particles; you are unsure whether the pen is safe to use.
If possible, please send photos of the parcel, packaging and pen so we can review this for you.
